Glowing skin and a perfect shape if you get rid of gluten.
If you avoid gluten from your diet, you can lose weight improve acne by getting a glowing skin.
Gluten, the protein found in wheat, barley and rye, is extremely common in many types of processed foods. You’ll find it everywhere, in energy bars, cereals and soy sauce. Even if you think you have problems with gluten, because you feel good after eating foods that contain it, you may find it difficult to lose weight or not being able to get rid of pimples, even though you’re taking care of you. The fault may be gluten that once arrived in the intestine because of its adhesive characteristics, such as a glue, disturbs a good digestion! Not everyone knows they are sensitive and continue a diet or trying new skin care products to no avail.
I recently saw a person with a gluten-related dermatitis, dermatitis herpetiformis, the affected areas were characteristic, the patient was ill for several years, the cutaneous form manifested itself once long ago. Laboratory tests were negative for celiac disease, and histologic examination of a lesion had been diagnosed with “compatible with insect bite.” I advised to do a genetic test for celiac disease, which tested positive for one of the combinations compatible with the disease.
Inflammation and acne
The sensitivity to gluten can trigger inflammation. If you are sensitive, which does not mean that you suffer from celiac disease or allergies, you may suffer in your gut. In reality it does not destroy the intestinal wall as does the celiac disease, certainly worked to modify the intestinal flora. Your body sees gluten as an intruder and, in reality it is, then initiates a response of the immune system: inflammation, which does not remain localized and only causes digestive disorders, but spreads to all the body. This can also be one of the causes of your acne. A recent article, validates the relationship between the gut, brain, skin, and the ability of probiotics orally to influence systemic inflammation, oxidative stress, glycemic control, lipid content of tissues and even the mood and acne .
When you begin to avoid foods that contain gluten, replacing them with less processed foods, such as fruits and vegetables, you will begin to lose weight, you will notice clearer skin, decrease inflammation, and you will not desire junk food. These benefits work together to improve the ‘appearance of your skin giving you a slimmer figure in a natural, quick, easy, and will not make any effort to keep in shape.
