
Seborrheic dermatitis? Follow these tips.
Perhaps you suffer from seborrheic dermatitis.
Seborrheic dermatitis is a fairly common form of the skin, it can affect the scalp, forehead, closer to the hairline, around the sides of the nose, the chin, the trunk to the sternal region, infra scapular, the back of the pinna. It occurs in chronic and relapsing.
Not all of these areas are often suffering from seborrheic dermatitis, but can be one or the other or associated. If you have an oily skin , you may notice that the sides of the nose are formed red patches, which gradually produce yellowish and greasy flakes that give you some embarrassment.

That’s why a moment of excessive stress can trigger and worsen the situation, so try to relax.
The Malasezzia being a yeast, is fed by all leavened foods, such as baked goods and dairy products such as milk and cheese.
Avoid or decrease the consumption of these foods, hire more fruits and vegetables, use olive oil, put on the table of Omega 3 rich fish, such as sardines, anchovies, mackerel, or in plant form as flaxseed, chia, nuts thinning more sebum.
